Couples spa treatment at GF

Has anyone ever done the couples spa treatment at the GF. If so, what is this like. I know this is one of the features in the Romance plan, but to purchase it seperately how much does it usually cost?

Not sure of the cost as it was included in our wedding pkg. It was fantastic!! The best thing we did. You are separated to go change in your respective lounge. Then a spa CM comes into get you and you are reunited with your new spouse in a large room with tables right next to each other. We then both received the best 1 hour massage ever. It was so nice being together and having such a great massage. Afterwards you return to your lounge shower and meet back in the middle. Saunas are available too. This was great and we plan on doing it again really soon!

We did it last week, the massage was great and the spa was real nice. I thought it would have been more romantic though.

Massage is too sensual for me. I could not imagine letting someone I was not attracted to touch me in that way. James is the same way. We do spa night once a week at our house. I lay him on a rug in front the fireplace with a towel over his bum, and we play keltic music and burn incense. He gets a scrub, facial, manicure and pedicure, oil down massage, strawberries and chocolate, a full steam bubble bath, and then the grand finale!!! I know you guys are wishing to did not shuck out all that money when you could have came over to my house for free. Just joking, but I think I am getting in the mood for some fragrant oil!!

Are you kidding? I LOVE MASSAGES! It is SO not done in "that" kind of way! The masseur gets out all the knots! It is WONDERFUL! I would go for it!

Hey Megan,

I know it is not supposed to be anything erotic but I have several friends who are massage therapists and all they ever talk about is how grossed out they were by some of the customers they had and vise versa. Laying down naked and having someone put their hands all over me that is probablly thinking God knows what is not my cup of tea. If I want a massage my fiance' is fully capable and he is attractive. To each his own I guess.

Well then maybe they shouldn't have become Massage Therapists !!

I really enjoy taking Massages at the Spa they have really helped me with my tension in my shoulders and back.

There you go, another annoying brainless post there Darian. Obviously your friends are a bunch of immature airheads like yourself. A massage therapist is supposed to be professional. Massaging many different body types, male or female, is part of the job. I speak from experience because I am a licensed massage therapist. A therapeutic massage is not meant to be erotic, it's meant to relax the muscles, relieve back problems, and ease stress. The couples massage at GF is meant to be an enjoyable relaxing experience, not the way you first try to describe it.

When I get massaged, the massage therapist covers me with a sheet. Then she only lifts sections of the sheet at a time to massage each limb. All the private parts are covered at all times! When it was time for me to flip over, she told me to turn away from her so nothing flashed her.

BTW, I've never been to the spa at GF. This comment is directed at anyone who is miss informed about how decent massages are.

My husband and I got the Couple's Massage at the GF Spa 2 nights before our wedding and the only words we could think of to describe it is - disappointing. We were separated to the mens and womens locker rooms to change and brought to the massage room. It was actually 2 different rooms with the divider wall removed. They had us where one was face up and the other face down so we could watch each other get massaged, but there was no close contact. We weren't even close enough to hold hands. When it was over, they took us back to the separate locker rooms where we met up later. It wasn't very romantic.
