Couples poll: What size bed do you sleep in?

Looking for a vacation rental and having trouble finding a king bed. We sleep in one at home and I'm NOT going to downgrade to a queen on vacation. What size bed do you sleep in as a couple?

We have a King size bed at home. I like to have a king on vacation as well. But often times if we are in a regular hotel room with two queens or two doubles or something then I end up in one bed with both kids and DH has the other to himself.

But for a beach condo or something I always like to find one with a king.

We sleep in a queen, but I think I would like a king better. Actually, I was just telling my DH the other day that I wanted my own bed. I like to sprawl out and he is always in my way.

I'd like a King, DH wants to keep queen. We've adopted a new dog who weighs 40 lbs. and I think I've convinced DH we need a King.

Queen, but only because that's what fits in our room. When I graduate at the end of 2013 & we move, we'll be upgrading to a king.

We have a king at home, but have no problem with queens on vacation and DH is 6'4. Have you tried a queen? It still gives you a fair amount of room.

We will not rent a hotel room that has full beds though.

King. We had a queen for years because that is what fit in our small room, even at that it was tight. Then 2 years ago we bought a house with a huge master bedroom. Within a few months we bought a new king size bed to fit the room. It's heaven Although on vacation we could make do with a queen if need be.

We sleep in a Queen. Last week on vacation, we had a room with a King bed. My first thought was - 'what a treat'! Well by the end of vacation I couldn't wait to get home to our queen bed. The king was just too big - I felt too far away from my husband all night and didn't like it, neither did he! So queen it stays for us

We sleep in a King and I still want a bigger bed! On vacations it drives me nuts, especially if we are sharing a double (just did at Caribbean Beach).

King. But I don't really have an issue with queens while on vacation.

Queen. Even with us, my body pillow that I've used since abdominal surgery in 2001, and 2 cats that like to stretch all the way out, we still have plenty of room to spare.
