Couple Questions

A good friend is bringing her family to WDW in July. She asked me a couple of questions I couldn't answer. Of course, my first thought was you guys.

She heard Soarin is reopening July 1st. Is that true?

She is trying to set up fast pass and dining. She wants to do the Star Wars desert party, but it isn't showing up. Does anyone know if they are still having it in July?

They will be staying at Saratoga Springs, so she should be able to make reservations now.

The Soarin' reopening is rumored to be July 1st, but this hasn't been confirmed. No one knows for sure when it will reopen.

I've seen June 1st and July 1st for Soarin' but no official date from Disney except for this summer. Most seem to think it will be open by July.

Not official on the SW dessert parties but they have them now and with new SW fireworks for this summer I'm sure they will have them. Tell her to just keep checking.

Her FP window will open up at 60 days as long as her SSR reservation is linked to her MDE account.

We were there the last day the old Soarin' was open in early January.
They were planning to do a new movie and also to open a new 3rd screen to help ease the crowds. New construction can sometimes take longer than planned so maybe that is why they are being flexible as to the reopen dates.
All they would say on the last day was it was the last day "for a good while".
