couple of Ohana rehearsal dinner questions

for those of you who had one there, did you find it too noisy if someone wanted to give a speech/toast?

Was gift opening and stuff allowed in the restaurant?

and lastly, if you didnt pay for alcohol, did your guests just walk to the bar or did they have their own bill with the waiter/waitress for drinks only?
