DisneyWorld.com has a dining finder. If you use click the advanced dining finder button, it gives you the option to specify the meal.

I know that in Epcot at Sunshine Seasons they have the pastry section open and the asian food section sells breakfast items.

Electric Umbrella at EPCOT offers breakfast CS. I also believe the Commissary at MGM does (or did) offer breakfast CS. At MK the bakery is your only CS type option for breakfast (but they use to do it during busy season at the Cosmic Rays CS). And at AK Tusker house offers breakfast CS (at least until they change to a TS buffet later). Of course, all food courts at the resorts offer CS breakfast too.
