Counter service after 7pm

Hi,

I'm getting into full planning mode now (less than 4 weeks to go ).

We'll arrive at DLRP around 7pm on Sunday. On that date, the park is open until 9pm. We'll dump our cases at left luggage at the park, to make the most of our time. We'll need to fuel up though in this time too.
Does anyone know which counter service restaurants in the park are likely to be open when the park is open until 9pm? Will they be open until 9pm, or close earlier?

caseys is always open til after the park closes and the market house deli on mainstreet is as well

I think Fuente del Oro stays open quite late too.

or to really make the most of the park stay in until 9 then go to mcdonalds in disney village

Thanks, thats an idea too. I've never been to McD's in the Village, and we'll only have hand luggage with us, so that could be doable .
