Couldn't get ressie at

Concord Steak House. I couldn't believe it.

I was able to get all the other dates and times I wanted between 11/23/07 and 12/4/07, including Jiko's, Hollywood Brown Derby, Yachtsmans, even LeCellier.

My DH thinks it was because it was for the day after Thanksgiving and that the crowds will still be heavy. I was just really surprised.

The other surprise was that I could pick whatever time I wanted for Jikos for the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The operator said everything was open.

I guess you never know how things are going to work out until you call.

If you're talking about the Concourse Steak place in the Contemporary I think I read somewhere that it will be closing.

because we booked so late.....(actually it was an anniversary surprise from our kids) we were only able to get one ressie and that is at Crystal Palace on the night of the Halloween party...but it is EARLY ...like quarter of four in the afternoon...But we dont care.....we are going to go and relax and not worry....and the rest of our trip will be a DONT worry be happy trip....

It should still be open. Concourse takes a lot of walk ins. I worked at Chef Mickey's as a hostess over the summer and when we couldn't take walk ins we were told to send them to the Steakhouse because for the most part they take walk ins. I would go between 7 and 7:30.
