Couldn't find one sticker at Universal

Went to Universal Studios on Tuesday. Just my Husband and I. Had a really fun time. Rode the Mummy ride 3 times! Took lots of great pictures. I didn't expect to find a scrapbook or papers, but I thought there would at least be stickers. Went in a lot of gift shops and not a single sticker to be found. I was really disappointed. I will just have to do without in my scrapbook!

I did keep the park tickets and the paid parking ticket. Also have a map of the park. Yes, you certainly have to think outside the box when scrapping. I was just really hoping they had some stickers too. Disney has stickers everywhere you turn!

I use the postcards and ticket stubs as well, but I do wish there was more Universal scrapbooking items! They need to open a store for USF scrapbookers, I think they would make good money! I know I would buy their stuff!

Agree w/you 100% about needing US scrap items. I couldn't find any either. However, I got lucky and found some really cute stickers that feature Shrek 2. I found them at Wal-Mart by the cards, wrapping paper and party items. They're by Heartline and are acid free. I'm still looking for some Twister or ET things but so far no luck. May have to find a small die cut of a bicycle and "make do". SOMEWHERE I saw some John Deere tractor stickers and may have to get them for the Twister scenes. Not too stressed as it was not our fav ride by a long shot!

Our local scrapbooking store has some adorable Dr. Suess stickers that I used on my IOA scrapbooking pages. I think they also had some other characters from Universal too. If anyone is interested, here is their name and phone # (located in Chattanooga, TN) and I bet you could order them by mail. They also have a website.

Vthokie--I guess I missed the Dr. Suess stickers when I was at Crop Shop end of Sept...of course we didn't go to IOA so I guess I never thought about Dr. Suess anyway. There is also a branch in Franklin, TN (south of Nashville) that I hope to get to go to sometime before Christmas. When I was there in Sept their online booking system wasn't up yet but was told it would be shortly. Haven't looked since. It is an awesome store. My GF that I was with (and does NOT scrap) said I looked like I had walked into scrapbook heaven when I walked in the door!
