"coteau_chick"We do believe in "George"

I'm so excited for you! I hope the drugs work!:)
I'm glad you checked in. I worry.

Cool....let us know how things go....

Good Luck! pixiedust:

Good luck! I will be praying for you! :grouphug:

Thank you all for the good wishes and prayers. I am starting to get really excited. I just don't want Grace to feel alone. When she is ten Brennan will be twenty and Courtney will be twenty-five. I hope I can give her another sibling closer to her age to play with.
I have always dreamed of a big family. I want a house full of children and grandchildren when I am old. I love having kids at my house. When we only had two children I usually had five hanging around all the time because my nieces next door were always playing over here. I was so sad when they moved to Colorado. I want a house full again.

I really appreciate all of you who have stayed with me through this trip report. I know I am not the best writer. You are really special to me. I wish I could actually meet all of you in person. If any of you ever come to Louisiana please look me up.

I am getting sad because I only have one more day of my trip report to post and then I will be finished. I might have to start a baby report:rotfl2: .

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend . If I don't show up on the boards on the weekend I will be back on Monday.

Guess who I saw yesterday.

AUNT BETTY:cool1:

It was the first time she had seen Grace. I also got to see her great grand baby who is two months younger than Grace. Aunt Betty was at the hospital when Grace was born and she saw her through the nursery window then she left. She had to leave with her ride because she doesn't drive too far. She was happy to get to finally see her yesterday. I don't visit her that often because she lives about an hour away. I need to make a point to go over there more often. She is so funny.

The reason I went yesterday is because my cousin from Texas was there and I needed to go see her too. When I called Aunt Betty and told her I was coming to town she was excited. She told me to meet her at her boyfriends house because she needed to take him some food. She wanted us to go see her great grand baby before we went see my cousin.
I drove up to Aunt Betty's boyfriend's house right behind her. She was getting out of her car with a plate lunch and I got out of my car. She came hug and kiss me. I asked her if she wanted me to get Grace out of the car and go in the house with her. She said, "No, I am just gona give him this and we can hall a*** !" I guess she didn't care to show her boyfriend Grace:lmao: :rotfl2:

In case you are wondering about Aunt Betty having a boyfriend I will explain. Her husband died fifteen years ago and she eventually started hanging around with a man who was a friend of the family for years. His wife had also died. There families had been close for years Aunt Betty was good friends with his late wife. She just visits him and takes care of him. She brings him food. I guess they both fill a void for each other. She has someone to take care of and he has someone to take care of him.

When she first started seeing him we teased her because she had a "boyfriend". One day we were riding in the car, it was my cousin Shella and Aunt Betty and my moma and I. Shella was teasing Aunt Betty about her boyfriend and was asking , "Did you kiss him?" I started squirming. Aunt Betty said, "What you want to know, Shella, if we went to bed?" I covered my ears and said pull the car over and let me out. I am so glad she never answered. :rotfl2: I wanted to jump out the window.

I just wanted to say I am sorry I haven't been around lately or updated my report in a while. I have been so busy. Baseball has started up again and we will be at a tournament all weekend.

I also want to share a little secret with you I went to see the fertility doctor two weeks ago. They put me back on the medicine that I took to get pregnant for Grace. I am praying that the medicine works because they sure make me sick. YUCK. Last time I was on this medicine it took two monts before I got pregnant. Not bad after we had been trying for nine years.
This time the doctor told me to take the medicine for two months before trying to conceive.
I know that I am probablly giving too much information. Sorry but I am excited.
I told my mom but I didn't tell dh mom. She would freak out. I will just tell her when I am pregnant and then she can't fuss. My mom is excited. Dh mom thinks I am too old to have another baby. She told me not to have another baby because I had high blood pressure at the end of my pregnancy for Grace and the doctor had to deliver her three weeks early. She was fine and weighed almost eight pounds.

I hope I didn't bore you to death with my infertility problems. I am going to try to update my trip report next week. I know it probablly won't happen this weekend because we will be at the ball park all weekend. I love baseball. Well if you want to please say a prayer for me and send me baby dust.pixiedust:
Sorry I'm so behind!

Thanks for the compliment on the picture. I do treasure that picture.

I have a funny story about "trying".
It took nine years to get pregnant for Grace. One day at church someone asked me if we wanted any more children and I said, "Yes, we have been trying for years. We try all the time." OMG I could have died when I realized what I had said. :scared1:

I just realized that you weren't on my pretrip report so you don't know what the "Aunt Betty" stories are about. I talked about her on my other link and those who followed me to this thread love her. She is a funny lady. If you have some extra time look her up on my other link.

Thanks for joining us:flower3:

Thank you. I hope you stay around for the rest of the trip report. I am almost finished with it. How old is your baby? I hope the baby is better today. Thanks for the prayers. :flower3:

I just wanted to show you my new picture of me and my girls. I can't believe how blessed I am. Courtney is turning into a beautiful young lady before my eyes. I just want to brag on how proud I am of her. She has been wonderful lately. I think she has out grown the sassy stage. I am keeping my fingers crossed. She has been so responsible lately and caring and just wonderful. I know I am going on and on but she really had been awful for quite a while and I was wondering if she would ever come back to her normal self. I am so happy.

Glad Courtney is out of her phase- it gives me hope for my daughters! How old is she again? Congrats on TTC. Have fun tryin and hopefully there will be baby news soon. I would like to give my little guy another sibling but DH is still healing from our last failed domestic adoption and he is fed up with the foster care system. If he didnt love ds so much, I think he would tell all the social workers a few things.

My baby Helena is 18 months old. Definitely not a little baby anymore! :sad2: She is feeling much better today, thank goodness. I am excited to read more about your trip and I am happy to hear that Courtney has had an attitude change. She reminds me of my older sister when we were younger. :rolleyes1

Thank you all for the kind supporting words. :grouphug: I hope God will give me at least one more. I just am so thankful and blessed to have children at all.

Hello...Just subbing and enjoying the reading. My children are 5 years apart and I actually only planned on one...I got the "Oh you're pregnant? Was it an accident?" First of all, it wasn't an IT, and second of all, how could a small little being with a perfect little soul be an accident? I would just bite my usually very outspoken tongue and say, "No, actually, he is the answer to my unspoken prayer." They would shut up.

Back to reading... I must catch up...

:rotfl:
I love this picture!!!

I had a good laugh about you streaking!!! "Ethel, get yer clothes on!":lmao:

You're braver than me! I wouldn't go anywhere near a shark pool!

Ok... On page 10 now... tears running down my face from all of these stories. I don't think I have laughed this hard during a trip report ever. Saved from the sharks, then the camera man needed saved from you.... construction workers that saw many species of naked animals, including the human kind...and must I remind you that there are cameras out there as well... caught on film you might have been... the leaking pool pants on the baby....the teenager antics.... this has been quite a fun read. Thanks for sharing yourself here. :surfweb: :surfweb:

All caught up now. What a great report this has been. I also had not heard anything about George and told my DS16. We go on haunted walks or tours whenever we travel somewhere. We have not seen anything and would probably run out screaming like 6 year old girls if we did, but it is fun for us. So you know we will be doing that much to my DP and DS11 dismay in September. Now to mark my way for Aunt Betty stories next time I need cheered up!
