Yes. They are totally fine, as long as they are not inappropriate--have something violent on them, or depict drugs/alcohol/cuss words.

I have seen tons of T-shirts, especially at Epcot during F&W, with beers, wine bottles/glasses, drinking around the world etc. Are these banned now?

There's absolutely no rule that bans wearing T-shirts with alcohol on them.
