I put down a deposit for a future cruise last November while onboard the Magic. Can I book a cruise through Costco and still get the 10% off? Will I still get my $200 onboard credit? And the Costco $690 gift card? And can I pay for my cruise through Costco with Disney gift cards? Thanks in advance....

If you booked in November, 2016, it's too late to move it to Costco...or any travel agent at this point. Bookings that you wish to move to a travel agent must be done within 30 days.

Just for general knowlege purposes, yes, you can pay using Disney gift cards through Costco.

Yes, even if it's just a placeholder. They (TAs, most travel insurance companies etc) consider that a deposit.
