Does anyone have any recommendations as to what area we should ask to stay. We will be spending alot of time at the pools so being close to that and the bus stop is important. TIA!

Cabanas 8B was wonderfully close to the Dig Site, Quiet Pool and Bus Stop #4!

My favorite building is 8A. I'll be there Sept 10th-18th and again Nov 26th-Dec 4th and am hoping for building 8A both trips, but would be happy anywhere in the Cabanas.

I can't believe it's here already, but I'm headed down to CSR tomorrow! Thank you for all of the great info on this thread. I can't wait to see it for myself! :goodvibes

We are so excited about staying at CSR. We were originally booked for AKL, but decided to switch to a moderate resort to save a few extra bucks. When I asked my dh where he wanted to stay, without hesitation he said CSR. We had stopped by this resort back in 2007 for lunch. We really liked the atmosphere and thought we would definately like to stay there. Our trip is paid for and I have put in a request for Ranchos 7B. Our boys (ds13, ds11) have no idea we are staying there - they want to be surprised. They will be so geeked to see that we are going to be staying at CSR. We can't wait! Thanks to everyone for all of the great information that has been shared. It sure has been helpful in our planning.

Those 50 days will fly by. :goodvibes

I'm glad it was helpful.

Glad you enjoyed your stay despite the "travelers from Brazil, etc." I have seen rude people here and there at Disney, but the tourists from Brazil are awful!

I've always favored CSR's gift shop. :)

Heather, I would definiteloy suggest Cabanas 8A or 8B (9A would put you close to the quiet pool and not far from the main pool).

Definitely Cabanas 8A or Ranchos 7B.

I wish I knew the answer to your question. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to ask; or you could ask when you check in. I doubt the "preferred" locations sell out since they aren't close to the pool.

Thanks! Cabanas A it is :)

We are going to be going to both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon on different days but will have a rental car one day and use the bus the other day.

Would it be better to use the bus to go to Blizzard Beach? Does the bus go directly from CSR to blizzard beach? Any input would be appreciated.

Yes, take the bus to Blizzard Beach. It is literally a 3-4 min bus ride once you have left CSR property, it goes straight there before going to DHS.

Love the info and pictures at the start of this thread. I did not read all the pages so I'm wondering if I could just ask: Does anyone know how much the internet access fee is per day? Or are there packages? I'm assuming it is not free internet at the resort.

Thanks in advance for the information.

Cheryl

:dance3: Getting excited all over again when I hear other countdowns. 66 days here. Sept 13th to Sept 22. To make the wait shorter I added 3 days to front side of our vacation. lol :confused3
Last December we were at POFQ for 10 days and made trips and tours to each of the resorts and on our tour of CSR the DW and I fell in LOVE, the ground, building, pools were just outstanding. This will be our next stay and sure that it will be our fav.

E for excited, :woohoo:

Just 7 more days until we arrive at Coronado Springs...my first time to stay on Disney property (my first time to ever go to Disney for more than 1 day). So excited! :woohoo: :cheer2:

Oops, I think I just found it. 9.95 per day.

That is correct. It was pretty quick too.

We will miss you by three days (we arrive on the 25th). Hope you love it.

Looks like we're arriving the same day! Getting very anxious here too! :)

It will be here before you know it.

A week from today you'll be there. I hope you have a magical stay!

Sorry if this has been answered, but wasn't sure if the answer has changed.. Do all the rooms in CSR have fridges?

Finally!!! Less than 90 days now for our first ever stay at CSR. :cool1: Time to start getting my T-shirts for the trip ready thanks to all the wonderful DIS designers and the beautiful graphics they have provided me with for the transfers for the shirts!
