Magic Bands and Fastpass+ went live for us last night. We were able to customize our bands and book Fastpass+ for our entire trip Dec. 12th-24th!

Do you mean Beach Club (BC) or CSR? Just curious...

haha! Way too many acronyms. Disney is going to have to go to four word descriptors because we're running out of 2 and 3 letter terms. Yes, I was referring to business class when I said BC. :)

Its been almost two years since we have been to CSR. I can't remember how to request a certain area. Are the casitas still the first ones on and the first off the bus? For some reason I think we faxed the request for the casitas...Any input would be greatly appreciated. :goodvibes

the only one i liked was the churoes (sp) i think the main dissapointed thing with me was that they didnt have ice cream as well as the fact that the girl on the counter was very rude to the point we both didnt want to go get any

What are the dessert options at Pepper Market? And how about drinks - just the regular options for mug refills or do they have juice, milk, bottled drinks, etc.?

Yes the casitas are near bus stop 2. We really enjoy staying there. I think they put the conventioneers in buildings 1-3 and I also think they are considered preferred rooms because they are closet to El Centro. Ask for building 4 of the casitas.
The bus stops are:
Bus Stop 1: El Centro
Bus Stop 2: Casitas
Bus Stop 3: Ranchos
Bus Stop 4: Ranchos and Cabanas

Let me get this straight. All Business class has access to coconino lounge and there is food and drink included? Free?

i rang them direct to get mine

That's what I'm debating doing instead of going through the reservations call center. I'm hoping going through CSR directly will give me a better chance of it being honored especially since the request is because of a health situation.

There's no way to get directly to any of the resorts. Any number that is listed to go directly to a resort goes to a call center most likely not even on site. If you call a number listed as CSR the call center CM will answer as if they are actually at CSR. Even when you call the front desk from your room it goes to a call center.

The best way to get a request granted is to have it listed on your reservation.

Ughhhhhh of course they do it this way! But thanks for the heads up. :)

Subbing in! My family and I are staying in Business Class from 1-25 to 1-31. I've never stayed at CSR before and I cannot wait to try it!

My room fax how to for the moderates is in my signature.

Hey Venom, our last stay at CBR we had a need to speak to the general manager. While waiting with her for Housekeeping to call her back, I was asking questions. One of them was about room requests and she said POR and POFQ were the only resorts on property that still read and act upon faxed requests. Has that changed?
