Hi all,

We are so excited for our upcoming Land and Sea trip (which I have been slightly failing at in terms of my PTR but feel free to check it out lol)! One of the things we are excited for is that we are staying at Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs-a completely new resort to us (but all our friends and neighbors who have stayed there said we will love it!)

On disembarkation day we know we will get to the hotel relatively early and will have to hold our bags at the lobby, but we want to attempt lunch and dinner there (I say attempt because we don't know how tired we will be to attempt Disney Springs at night).

The only allergy in terms of food is red wine (which Disney has been excellent about in the past). Other than that we aren't super picky.

Thanks as always,

BH5

Three Bridges is one of my favorite restaurants on property. I always have the coconut-curry chicken, it never disappoints! DH loves the Poke bowls there. The hummus is excellent also. It’s wait list/walk up only and they start serving at 4:30.

I love a good curry and a good hummus (not a poke/sushi person sadly but thats good to know for others!)

My vote is lunch at dinner at Three Bridges which is outside in the middle of the lake and has some beautiful fire features throughout the seating, and dinner at or Toledo if you're OK with a deluxe restaurant. Toledo is indoors on the roof of the tower and I believe someone mentioned on here recently that it's in the Michelin rated guide now. If not Toledo then Maya Grill is yummy too.

For lunch we did tapas in the bar downstairs from the lobby and also quick service on other days.

Thank you for all the corrections below on this original post here. I fixed it up now!

Did not realize Toledo went Michelin!

You can also mobile order from 3 bridges and find a table anywhere you want and eat the food. We ate there the first night but mobile ordered just the food on other nights and sat outside (tables and chairs outside the food court). It's a bit cheaper that way. We liked their food better than the food court options and what we wanted was just a few dollars more.
