I emailed Debbi back and told her I wanted to purchase a customizable cake. They do have a "free" one that is like 6", but non-custom. As soon as I hit send, my office phone was ringing and the person on the other line said, "Good morning Mrs. Kennedy, this is the Epcot bakery, what type of cake would you like?". I went into specifics with her. Unfortunately, I do not have a phone number to give you, as she called me. But I did order a 10" custom cake for $35.

When I made my reservation for the diver and menus Debbi told me they had a 6 inch cake for $12.50 in chocolate or vanilla and that they would personlize it for me. I left that in Debbi's hands since I've seen a couple of really adorable cakes on these threads. There's only three of us so any thing bigger would be a waste.

6" cakes can not be personalized per the bakery that the Coral Reef uses. I re-confirmed today. The "smallest" for personalization is 10", or so I'm told. You can get the smaller ones, but they will not be able to write on the cake, they can write on the plate perhaps, but not on the cake itself, it's too small.

Just call 407-WDW-DINE and ask to be connected or transferred to the Coral Reef Restaurant in Epcot. They will then transfer you, or go to big yellow and search the name and the direct line will show up.

I just re-confirmed the diver, personalized menus and a cake to surprise my DH for our 20th Anniversary. Debbi is a pleasure to deal with. I can't wait to see the look on faces of my DH and our kids.

I called again yesterday for the 3rd time. I had previously called twice in May & have not heard back yet. In the 3rd message I told her I had already called twice, so hopefully I will hear back this time. I am trying to arrange this for my son's 14th b'day in August.

When I called and left a voicemail for Debi last year, I'm pretty sure she said her name on the message. She called me back tbe next day. It might also help to leave your email address on the message.

I can't remember out exact ADR time, but it was a late lunch. We had the diver with no problem. I know it must have been fairly late in the lunch period because by the time we left the place was nearly completely cleared out and they were resetting it for dinner.

As I posted a few posts earlier, I have called 3 times & still gotten no answer. I had read on another post that Debbie didn't want her direct number given out, so I thought that's why I hadn't heard back from her. So, today I called again (4th time) but I called the regular Coral Reef number & pushed the option to talk to a member of the leadership team. I left a message.

When you spoke to her directly today, did she answer the phone? I'm getting really frustrated. I waited a week in between the last call & today's call. The other 2 were in May...I'm not calling everyday.

When I called today she actually answered the phone... I was shocked. Because I was all prepared to leave a message. The number that I dialed was .... And I got it here on one of the many pages of this thread. It will either get you her directly or her direct messages. She will then give you all the details you need. If after trying this number and leaving her a message you do not hear back,let me know and I will try to help you further. I myself sent e-mails today with help and I am now waiting to hear back on my diver.....

does anyone know how long it takes to find out if you have a diver?? I talked to Debbi and sent her my pics and a poem for the menu and she said that a request had been put in for the diver... just wondering if and when I will find out if we got one..
