Coral Reef Restaurant - Diver/menu - Discontinued for 2009

Yeah! she called me back. We were able to get a diver and personalized menu. Short notice too. We leave in 3 days.

If you dont mind me asking, when did you leave a message for her? I left a message yesterday and was wondering when i could expect her to get back to me.
 
Crappers. I had her e-mail saved in a notepad from when she called me back, and now I can't find it. Anyone have it? I know it's something coral reef restaurant something. But, I don't think that it would get there if I e-mailed "something coral reef restaurant something".:rotfl:
 
I tried calling today and was told to send an email with the info. I was given a general email address for the restaurant. Should I do this? Call back? I can't imagine I can send an email to some general email and actually get this done? Any ideas on what to do? Perhaps she doesn't take calls anymore. I was told for the diver or menus I should email (but it is definitely not a private email)? So confused..

I had to call her 3 times. Twice last week and finally I called yesterday and told her we were leaving in 3 days and would like a yes or no answer. She called today with the info. She sounded a little rushed. Asked me to email her pictures to include in the menu.

The email she gave me was her direct email. It was a Disney.com email address with her name. I would share it but I don't feel comfortable putting someone else's email address out there if she doesn't want it like that.

I got a call and email from Debbi yesterday. My 8:50 ress. is to late for the diver she said but she would be happy to do the menu for the boys.I am pleased that I will be able to get something for them.
 
Yesterday we had an 8:10 reservation but after reading that divers aren't usually available that late I took a chance and changed our reservation to 4:00. I called the WDW-dine phone number and asked for the coral reef. I was transferred to Debbi. She had me send her an email with my date and reservation time and number on it along with pictures for the menus. She couldn't guarantee the diver but said the menus were easy. I got an email today and got a YES on the diver. I am so excited. It is my 25th wedding anniversary and I have never been able to surprise my husband. He guesses everything. Not this time! He will be totally surprised. Debbi was wonderful and I'm just counting the days till our early August trip.

I did this last week too. I had made the arrangements with Debbie a few months ago, and didn't have to say a word when we (Me, my parents and my two DD's) showed up for our lunch reservation last Weds. We were seated right in front of the tanks, the menus were waiting and the diver arrived with the main course, pointed right at the girls, held up their sign that said Ariel says Hi and have a great first visit, and threw a bunch of confetti. Everyone was so surprised! They LOVED it!

. It might take her a few days to call back, it was 3-4 days when I called last week. BUT, I was able to get the diver for DS's 11th bday during our lunch on 12/1 and personalized menus for DS and DD. Debbi is SO nice and helpful, great for spreading some pixie dust.:wizard:
 
Thank you so much. This is our very first trip to Disney World and we are eating at Coral Reef on the day we arrive. I thought it would be great if I could get a sign that says Welcome to Disneyworld for my kids. Debbi sounds great!
