Coral Reef Question

I am just curious if the Coral Reef offers any good food that is not sea food? My fiance loves sea food and would like to try it when we go...but I really do not like much sea food.. but it looks beautiful and fun... and I'd like to do it for him. So I was just curious if there would be other options for me if we go there..

I think the atmoshpere is great but the food is just so-so.

My DH really enjoyed the strip steak when we went there. This restaurant gets really mixed reviews, but for what it's worth, we really, really enjoyed it. Food, service, atmosphere were all very good. Don't know if we are easy to please, got lucky or what!

My husband also had the strip steak and thought it was excellent. I had some type of portobella mushroom lasagna and it was amazing. We had excellent service and got to sit up against the glass of the tank. The chocaolate wave dessert...OMG!

My DH also had the strip steak and thought it was good. We ate at Le Cellier a few days before and he thought the steaks were comparible. We are going back in 3 weeks and we booked a ressie @ Coral Reef as my kids like the atmosphere. I hope the food is as good as it was the last time we were there!

That's funny...My DH also said that he couldn't have told a difference between the steak at CR or at Le Cellier. He suspected they use the same cuts for many of the restuarants. But we were extremely happy with the menu selections at CR.

I hope it"s just as good as the last time we were there. We booked it for my son's 7th b-day celebration!

I had the NY strip steak last Nov and it was great! And, DD19 had the Seared Chicken Breast with spaetzle applewood smoked bacon and she said it was really very delicious! I wanted to try the Apricot Braised beef short ribs on our next trip but I don't think we have any room left to go there. I think we need a longer trip so we can add a couple more restaurants we can't fit in right now, lol!

It was freezing in there, though!
