Cora Sue stayed on the phone with me for over a half hour AFTER the phone lines shut down last night. She helped me switch my reservation that wasn't working for us at one resort to another resort. Last night on the WDW website, I saw OKW suddenly pop up with an availability the week we are going. EVERYTHING seems to be booked solid for that week. So I dialed as fast as I could and was connected with Cora Sue who went beyond the call of duty to help me grab those reservations. She also helped save me a little money.
