Cops pulled over disney bus !!!

OK I know this is a really really bad pic. It was takeing with my cell phone at night in the car while we drove past this on the highway.


Last night when we were leaving the fort Orange County Sherif had one of the disney buses pulled over on the side of the road.

We heard the drvier saying he was a personal friend of "Mayor Donnie"

I doubt he was pulled over probably some sort of problem, disney use to not let the cops here because they would pull over diney vehicles but they let them come back if they agreed not to(I was told this by my manager)

I thought the buses were geared so they couldn't go too fast . .

Perhaps it was a case of reckless driving - that could either be on the part of the bus or the part of someone else around the bus. I was on a bus at CBR once that had to drive up on the sidewalk to avoid a tourist driving at a high speed the wrong way down a one way road. That was a thrilling ride!

They were doing something this morning when I was leaving the Fort to go to work (yeah, I couldn't get the whole week off - but it's all good). Disney security had vehicles blocking the turn from Bonnett Creek Parkway that would take you into Epcot, and when I got onto 536 headed out toward I-4, they had the Epcot entrance heading into Disney blocked by police, and were sending everyone off onto Buena Vista Drive at the DTD exit. I was going through there around 3:30am, so I don't know what the problem was.

On a separate note, I also saw a coyote just before I got to the Bonnett Creek intersection this morning. It was just a thrills and chills kind of morning I guess.

edited to add: Looks like I saw the aftermath of something not too pleasant on my way out of the Fort this morning.

Could it be the bus had some trouble (mechanical, medical, etc)? Maybe the driver did something else wrong. Speeding isn't the only violation, which you can be stopped for!

When we stayed at the Shades of Green a few years back the Shades of Green bus got pulled over right after coming through the MK gate. The officer gave the driver a ticket for changing lanes unsafely or something like that.
