Copper Creek questions

Right now, we are booked at Boulder Ridge but I’m contemplating switching to Copper Creek so we can be at the main building. The trip will just be me and my 20 month old DD. But I have a couple questions:

1. If we book a studio with a bath tub do we have a good chance of not being on the first floor? I prefer balcony over patio.

2. does a pack and play fit in the sink area by the bathroom? It’s easier to get my DD to sleep if she isn’t in the same room as me and it allows me to move around the room freely if I can put her someplace somewhat separate/private

3. is CC worth $150-$200 more for 5 nights? I hear that BR is in bad need of refurbishment. Is it really that bad? I don’t want to be in a tired/sad looking room since we will spend a lot of time in room during nap time and because DD goes to bed early.

thanks for the help!

We have only stayed 1BR at CCV and BRV. with that said, the first floor at CCV is very studio-intensive. IOW, I think your likelihood of first/ground floor is high. I was pretty impressed with BRV when we stayed last year. I found it to be in pretty nice shape - again 1 BR. Enjoy! Both are lovely.

If you're worried about having enough room, I'd stay at BR as the villas are bigger (unless you're one of the fortunate few to get an alternate studio at CC, but don't bank on it). The walk to the main building is not far and you're closer to the bus station. I personally prefer CC because it has a more modern look, BR is more rustic. It is more worn down and is scheduled for a refurb very soon.
