Coordinating ADR with which park to visit

We're going to be at Disney World at the beginning of March. We'll have 4 days for 4 parks. We're staying in a pool house offsite, and plan to eat dinners at the house, except for the day we spend at Epcot (and maybe MK).

So, I want to make a TS ADR for that day, but I also want to make sure we go to each park on the days that are recommended as best days to visit. Are those recommended "best days" available as far out as 180 days?

Is it best to wait until some of those touring plan websites have their recommendations posted, and hope that we can snag a decent ADR at that time? How do I do this? We don't have our hearts set on any particular restaurant, or character dining.

Honestly... How does he know when who or what is going to happen.. Its like saying the same people will be there on that very same day and doing the very same thing. The smartest thing to do and I do this is look at the park hours for every park you are going to. My plan is

MK open 9-11pm only late day during our stay.. I plan all my meals at that park on that day and we do not leave.
SOOOO.. Crystal Palace Breakfast Lunch for dinner at Pecos, Columbia,Cosmic Rays

AK only 1 day during our stay it is open at 8-5 We eat Tusker Breakfast
Dinner Flametree or eat at a resort after it closes.

HS 9-10 pm Mama Melrose Dinner
Or 2 counters Starring Rolls Back Lot Express

Epcot Any and many places for dinner 9-9pm
Sunshine for lunch.

Then I start repeating parks or splitting days from there on out and.SoI plan lunches at which ever park I start out then half day another park.

Get it??? In the winter park hours are short and precious so spend them wisely

No time to go back to the pool mid day or your out of hours.Most close at 5,7,8 so pool after closings

Make any sense?? With only 4 days pick your parks stay in them and plan meals in them . It goes by so quick. We can do no less than 7 to do what we want to do and have fun..We do not do water parks either,huge waste of time when we are 1300 miles away and maybe every other year..

OH!!!! Make those ressies March is a very very busy month.. Spring breaks all month.. Do it at your 180 mark.. Touring plans with your small visit will not help you much.. Look at the park hours eat that day at that parks longest hours.

Our trip isn't an "all about Disney" type of trip - we're visiting my parents in FL, and are throwing in Disney as a bonus for our kids. Getting the military discount tickets, so not hung up on "seeing it all." But, I know we want a full day at Epcot and MK.

So, will Disney have it's hours posted at 180 days? Seems like I read somewhere that park hours aren't posted until 5 months out. We mainly want to avoid the parks with EMH.

Well, since you don't really care about specific dining, I wouldn't worry about booking right at the 180 mark, but earlier is always better than later.

The hours are usually posted about 6 months out, and USUALLY before the 180 day, though it depends on the timing. (If you are going right at the start of the month, then the calendars aren't up, if it's late in the month, they usually are.) March calendars should come up sometime early in September. Watch the main resort board, as often TAs will post them before they go up on the Disney website.

A real good (free) website for this information on crowds, park hours, and which day in each park is easywdw.com. You are right to mostly want to avoid the EMHs if you are staying off-site.
