Wow that's great and easy! Do you crush the oreos super fine? What kind of chocolate do you use for dipping? Thanks:)

Chocolate refrigerator cookies

1/2 c butter
1/2 c milk
2 c white sugar
1 t vanilla
3 c rolled oats
1 c shredded, sweetened coconut
6 T cocoa

Put sugar, butter and milk in a large pot and cook over medium heat until they start to bubble and everything is melted. Take off the heat and add the vanilla, oats, coconut and cocoa. Mix well. Place spoonfuls on waxed paper or parchment paper on a cookie tray. Cool until firm.

That's it! Super simple.

I crush them to the consistency of graham cracker crumbs for pie crust. I use the cheap almond bark dipping chocolate. It comes in blocks and is under $3 at the grocery store. I pkg does the entire batch (I buy the white).

I saw a recipe today that added 1/4 c of raspberry jam when mixing. Sounds Yum!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares!

Melt 3/4 cup PB with 6 tbsp butter. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. Line an 8x8 pan with wax paper and spread the PB mixture in the pan. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips in the microwave and spread over the PB. Refrigerate for a few hours until solid. Pull it out of the pan using the wax paper and slice into squares with a sharp knife. Store in the fridge.

So easy and so delicious. You may want to double it if it's a big party!

Buy the Betty Crocker cookie mix (peanut butter), it's usually like $1.99. Make the peanut butter cookies according to package directions (just eggs, water and oil). Roll into balls and bake 8 to 10 minutes. Take cookies out of oven and place a Hershey kiss candy. You have peanut butter blossoms.
