Continental One Pass Upgrade to Europe?

Normally I book my air myself. However for my DCL Med. cruise a TA took care of it for me (long story). Does anyone have experience upgrading using One Pass? I have tons of miles, and we are booked on economy from the East Coast to Barcelona (R/T). I would prefer to travel to Europe in Business Class. Does anyone know how likely I am to get an upgrade, and what it will cost. I know there would be a cash out lay and a point out lay. My T/A is closed for the day, so I do not know what fare class they booked, and Continentals website isn't the easiest to navigate. I'm hoping there are some Continental experts here.

Do you have a One Pass reservation desk # that you can call? I know that AA has something like that. I handled all our WDW airfare tickets through the rewards desk for AA. If there is such a # for One Pass, I'd call it and see what they can tell you. If you have your reservation #, they can easily look up what kind of fare you have in the system and tell you what the costs will be for the upgrade.
