Contemporary to Wilderness Lodge

We're staying at Bay Lake Tower but have an ADR n at Whispering Canyon for the day we arrive. I just realized, I have no idea how to get from the Contemporary to Wildnerness Lodge! I suppose I could take the monorail to the TTC, then get a bus from the TTC to WL. I've also thought about getting a cab, I figure it's got to be a very quick/cheap cab ride.

Anyone have any suggestions or advice?

I think the boat goes from CR to WL.

Thanks BLTink, I just checked allears after reading your post and did find that the "blue flag motor launches" service Contemporary, WL and FW.

ANother idea is monorail or walk to MK and then take bus or boat to WL.

Don't forget the boat between the Contemporary and Wilderness Lodge goes from 6:45 AM - 11:30 PM.

2 Blue flag motor launches service the WL, CR and FWC and operate from 0645-2330 daily. The order of stops is as follows:

0645-1500: WL>CR>FWC>WL
1500-2330: WL>FWC>CR>WL

Depending on what time your ADR is, if after 1500, you may need to allow extra travel time to get to the CR from the WL as the launch will stop first at the FWC...allow at least 30 minutes to be on the safe side after the boat leaves the dock...add more time (15 minutes+-) if you have to wait for a boat.

I have taken the boat between Comtemporary and WL many times. It is a very nice ride. Just make sure you leave yourself at least 30-45 minutes to get over there because if you miss the next boat the next one will not arrive for another 15-20 minutes.
