Contemporary Garden Wings??????????

Question..
1. Do the rroms in the Contemporary Wings have refrigerators, or do you have to request (and pay for) one?
2. What is the difference between Standard and Garden View?

I believe they are in the rooms now...but you may have to ask for one at check-in and they'll bring you one free of charge.
As far as the views go..we were booked for a standard view last August in the North Wing. But, turns out we ended up with a garden view, at least according to the CM that checked us in. I believe the standards are views towards MK but are basically of the parking area. And the gardens are on the inside of the wings, facing Bay Lake. But, I could be wrong on this. Anyone know for certain??

I think we were told that a "standard view room" is a view of the parking lot.

We just arrived home from a glorious week in the North wing Garden view. We did have a refrigerator and coffee pot in the room.

We booked a standard room but as the other poster said, the CM told us we were upgraded to a garden view. It was awesome. I requested a first floor room and received it with a view of the playground. It was just absolutely perfect. We sat outside on the patio while the children played on the playground and in the sand.

I would book this hotel again just for the playground and the sand! The rooms were a little worn, but the beds were comfortable and the kids were very happy! That makes Mom a happy mommy!!

The north wing had refridgerators in Dec. We had a standard view which was of the parking lot, but we could see the Castle too. At night we could see wishes from our room as well. Definately worth the stay here.

You got it right. I know because the CM who checked me in last February told me basicly the same thing you wrote.I had a garden view room, north wing.
