Contemporary arcade - open or closed?

I have been trying to follow the info. on the Contemporary rehab., but I am kind of confused. I am trying to figure out whether or not the arcade will be open in September? When it says the Food and Fun Center will be closed for refurb., does that mean just the CS, or the arcade as well? DS loves to play the games there, so we are really hoping that it will be open. Thanks!
