Got an e-mail from DD (ohMom) who is on the Wonder as we speak (yeah and we're not - my feelings, too) anyway she wants me to get a message to her if I can.

This is my first time on this board (I hang-out on the WISH board) anyway is there a telephone number to call or an e-mail address that I can use and they will forward?

they'll charge something like $1 a minute to put you through to the ship ... not sure if they'll just take a message from you (doesn't hurt to try) ... when we were on the Wonder we got an Internet Cafe account so we could check our email from the ship, and just had family email us.

'course I was shocked to find out my cell phone actually worked when we were in port (at least in Freeport)!! 'bout scared my mom to death when I called her (after telling her there was NO WAY to reach us while we were cruising )

If she was able to e-mail you, that should mean she will be able to get any e-mail you send her.

Okay I just tried the number and it is $6.95 a minute. I opted not to connect (use a visa or mc for charge).

DMOMof3 I agree with you (she sent an e-mail she should be able to get my e-mail) and that was my first reaction but I am not sure that she is going to check e-mail - sounds like you buy by the minute from the internet cafe and I think she thought - let mom pay!

Well, I usually do but this "emergency" is to find out if I bought a certain t-shirt at WDW or not and if not she will get on the boat- they found it there!

I plan to e-mail and see if she checks - and BTW she said they are having a really really good time

sounds like you buy by the minute from the internet cafe

There's actually two options for paying ... 75 cents per minute or $40 unlimited use (for 3 or 4 night cruises; it's $90 for 7 night cruises).
