So for the past week I have been getting the Rex error message of "Nothing to see here! There was an error, please try again later" whenever I login to the DVC website and click the "plan a vacation" tab. I have tried back-ways such as modifying one of my existing reservations to be able to search by date, clicking "book a last minute trip" instead of the normal "plan a vacation" and trying the "plan a vacation" option directly from my dashboard. Same error message every time. The rest of the pages seem to work when I login, and I have no notifications/ messages indicating an issue with my account.
I have tried:
Logging in through Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge (at work), my phone, and incognito mode
Clearing cache and browsing history from all
Updating the programs
Rebooting
I just got off the phone with member services, who after trying multiple things can't find the issue as everything seems to be working on their end. She said she was sending in a ticket to escalate it as they have no idea what the problem can be. Anyone have any ideas/ recommendations??
