Constant "Rex" error when trying to plan vacation on DVC website?

So for the past week I have been getting the Rex error message of "Nothing to see here! There was an error, please try again later" whenever I login to the DVC website and click the "plan a vacation" tab. I have tried back-ways such as modifying one of my existing reservations to be able to search by date, clicking "book a last minute trip" instead of the normal "plan a vacation" and trying the "plan a vacation" option directly from my dashboard. Same error message every time. The rest of the pages seem to work when I login, and I have no notifications/ messages indicating an issue with my account.

I have tried:
Logging in through Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge (at work), my phone, and incognito mode
Clearing cache and browsing history from all
Updating the programs
Rebooting

I just got off the phone with member services, who after trying multiple things can't find the issue as everything seems to be working on their end. She said she was sending in a ticket to escalate it as they have no idea what the problem can be. Anyone have any ideas/ recommendations??
 
That’s usually related to account issues…dies, loan payments, etc.

But, I have seen, and it happened to me, that the system somehow flagged me as having a delinquent dues account when I did not.

It has to be fixed.

Thanks, yeah they called back and it's some account issue that I'll have to figure out tomorrow, I hope it's not saying delinquent dues since they literally just got deducted from my bank account 😅
 
I'm having the same issue. Is the booking engine down this morning? Or do I need to call MS?
 

I’ve been getting the dwarves error since about midnight Eastern time. Figured it would be back up this morning but appears not.
 
That's the same reason I just came here. Trying to make a 7 month booking this morning. I've been stalking what might be available for the last few weeks, but this morning, when my 7 month window finally opens, it gives me dwarfs! Should I call at 9:00?

I'd get on the line right at 9, but keep monitoring the site (if you can) in case it comes open.

All done! When I went to the site at 9:00, the "Chat" popped up, so rather than call or look at the dwarfs some more, I reserved via chat. But since I first checked around 10:30 last night, I've gotten the dwarfs, so just out of curiosity, I'm going to keep checking. And although I got my first choice room today, I may change my mind (and thus my reservation) if my second choice is available and becomes my first choice.
 
Chat told me there was no known issue but eventually confirmed that there have been multiple reports. Sounds like they are working on it
