Soarin', did you know GB has a myspace page?![]()
Uhhh.... if it's the one I'm friends with, then yes.

My boyfriend's coworker printed out the actual image on paper, then glued it to a paperplate. They made four copies. Then they numbered them. (Starting at 2 because they messed up.) Now others want one, but they're telling them that the cast has been broken, just like the commercial said it would. My BF says "When I get down about something, I just look up and see his kind eyes and warm smile and I feel all warm again. It gives me hope."
Is anyone going to be at Epcot on 2/28? I'm having a birthday party.
I know the folks that love this guy are the informed, special ones. But, what the heck are commemorative plates? What do you do with something like that? Dare I say, they are unbelievably tacky looking. Would someone actually incorporate something like that in their home decor; do they hang his face next to their diploma from Rainbow University? I have never known anyone with a commemorative plate and, I must admit, this whole plate thing just seems strange.
Today is the first day of out fight to take back the Republic. It will be a long fight, but a fight we cannot afford to lose. God Bless America.

LOL! I love that Veggie Tale's flick.Well, the only 'person' I know of that has a commemorative plate is Dad Asparagus and it was an Art Bagoti bowling plate. Junior Asparagus broke it and blamed it on Laura Carrot's brother.

You would hang it next to the velvet Elvis for the maximum effect, but I can't imagine many liberals having an Elvis painting in their home. The man believed in God and owned a bazillion guns.

AMEN!!!

This made me laugh so hard
that is great! I can't take the eyeballs LOL! Oh the TP is funny, too.
My Mom has a collection of Shirley Temple commemorative plates.....she got them from my Grandmother when she passed away. We give Mom "the business" over them.......repeatedly requesting that I want to dine on the "Good Ship Lollipop" etc......put me in the group that doesn't have a clue what makes a dinner plate an acceptable commemorative...
I have Weird Al refrain "Velvet Elvis" running through my head.My grandma had a velvet Elvis. It was the first thing to go at her garage sale. Funny stuff.

I haven't been on here in awhile. I am just so depressed about our economy and our country in general. Oh well, I am sure it will all be fine.
Saw Air Force One land today. My daughter and I were coming back from the store and I kept seeing all of these people pulled over and looking up to the sky, I finally could see out my rearview mirror, it was Air Force One. Very cool. But I must say, I am sorry that my city had to A) host the DNC and B)be the site of where this nightmare of a bill will be officially signed in.
But I was a good mom and told my daughter how exciting it was that President Obama was in our city today. We were only a short distance from the runway at Buckley (air base) and we could see the wheels touch down. Its not often I see a huge 747 right above my neighborhood!
Of course inside I was thinking how much more exciting it would be if John McCain was inside that plane!![]()

Isn't it interesting that this thing had to pass immediately without being read in its entirety or even have the changes typed because the CATASTROPHE was imminent? But, once it was on the desk, it sat there until the appropriate photo-op moment appeared? So much for that crisis!

Yes I found it interesting that the bill had to be voted on and passed to keep the whole country from falling apart into chaos. Then suddenly the votes were in but he waited to sign it until he was good and ready. And had lots of cameras and idiot Colorado liberals to stand there and clap like fools in a museum while he did it.
