I accidentally clicked in the wrong thread tonight. I thought it was our thread, I guess I just saw Soarin' as the last poster and clicked on it. As I'm reading I saw some posters I don't recognize.

But I did recognize Honugirl!!! And she was providing Innoventions music to her fellow posters over there . Mmmmmm.

The person that put that on youtube also has the entrance to Epcot music! I love youtube.

DGF is doing okay right now. They did a CAT scan but I haven't heard anything. Cousin said GM said he's looking good.

I had to run by the front desk at work today and had the misfortune to glance up at CNN playing on the television.

I couldn't hear what they were saying - not that I wanted to - but the headline was something like:

GOP snubbing the stimulus bill
Where's the bipartisan?

... It may not have been the word "snubbing" used - can't remember - but that's basically the message.

I want to ask: Where was the bipartisan when Obama, his cabinet, Pelosi, Reed and their Democrats had their top secret meeting in the middle of the night, the other night, to "iron out" the bill?

Where was the bipartisan in that?

CNN - did you report on that?

Ok Ok...while I'd love to pin this on Barack...the fact is that there are cycles in the economy, we're currently in a downward turn. From the short time he's been in office, you can't turn around a market. However, this cycle did start it's downward turn when Pelosi took office, so I feel perfectly comfortable pointing my finger at the Democratic Congress and I'm sure this Spending Bill is certainly evoking consumer confidence. (Please note my sarcasm.)

Barack didn't start it but I believe his followers really thought electing him would magically make it all better. It ain't happening. What do they have to say about that now? I'm not hearing much.

I saw that. I agree, I agreed with this Dem. Though (you can beat me, it's ok), I voted for a Dem in our local elections last year (only voted for one Dem, though- rest I voted Repub) because the one I voted for was exactly like the guy Glenn had on.

I've voted for Democrats on a local level. I would totally vote for a Dem if I thought they were the best for the job. I just haven't seen any on the natioanl stage that jazzed me.

Why would they report that? It is not in the listed things they were given to say. They wouldn't want to step out of line. After all they must all work together to be sure we have hope and change. And they wouldn't want to be on the bad side of the change.
