Connections ?? vouchers ??

Iam lost !! what are Connections and what is the deal with the vouchers ?? Is it like Entertainment card ?? Can someone steer me in the right direction to get info from a website or something ?? We are planning a trip in August with 2 children and hitting all the parks and staying at the Swan. Any input would be great ! thanks !!
