Confused - From I 75 - Take I4 or 429?

I have read conflicting reports depending on the post dates. Could someone clarify for me the best way to get to WDW when coming in from I75? We will be driving in on a Monday morning (staying in Lake City). Thanks for your help.

Coming south on I-75 change to Florida's Turnpike (eastbound) and from there change to Toll 429 (Western Beltway) south. About 12 miles and you get to the Disney exit (Western Way). Here, proceed east and you will come to Buena Vista Drive between Coronado Springs resort and Blizzard Beach.

We always take I-75 - Florida Turnpike - I-4 because for us it's the route we know best.
