We closed on our 60pt SSR resale contract back in August and I just received a letter and the original recorded Warranty Deed from TCS. There are a couple of things in the letter that I'm a little confused about and wonder if someone here can shed some light for me. First, "As a first year owner, we encourage you to contact the resort prior to making plane reservations or the onset of travel. This will allow enough time to obtain a pre-arrival package or confirm your arrival at the resort." Who am I supposed to contact - SSR directly? What pre-arrival package?
They also "urge you to maximize your new purchase by joining your affiliated exchange company" What does this mean?
