Conformation E-mail?

I booked a stay this week and got a conformation mumber.
The lady who helpt me with the booking told me I would get a conformation E-mail.
No E-mail recieved.

Yesterday I called to check if the booking was oké but still did not get an e-mail.
Shoud I worry?
 
I tried to pay my balance on the day their computers were down for "enhancements". I called several times with no luck. I finally kept checking online to pay and ended up doing that. They also said I would get an email which I never received. Every time they verify my email I tell them I have NEVER received an email from Disney. I don't know what's up with the never received emails they send, but I've heard about it happening to others, so we're not alone!
 
Me too.....I never have received one of those emails they tell me I will receive. I called yesterday to pay the balance of my upcoming trip and the CM told me to make sure I had disney@go.com in my address book to receive the emails. I added the address yesterday so we will see if that will help.

Me too.... I made my reservation on Sunday and never received the confirmation email I am so happy I at least wrote down the confirmation #.

I am going to call again this week to verify the reservation.

I had a room only ressie booked in June and did not get an email for that one. Last week I called and booked a room only ressie at a different resort and had an email waiting for me when I logged in the next morning...
 
I booked a package in June and was told that I'd have a conf email within 24 hours. I still have never received this email. When I called to check about it, I was told they would mail me a reciept which I did get.
 
I did get an email, but I cannot pull up my reservation on the WDW website using the confirmation number and phone number (I made the reservation a month ago). I called to check if everything was ok in the system and it was, the cm said she had no idea why it didn't work. Lots of glitches I'm guessing? I wouldn't worry as long as you called and everything was in their system correctly.

I called yersterday and the cm told me the reservation was booked.

I can also log into my account and everything is like I booked it.:thumbsup2
 
Years ago when EPCOT first opened my husband and his family traveled to WDW. When I made my ressie, the CM pulled up my DH, DMIL, DFIL, and DBIL's names when I gave her my DH's name. When I tried to pull up my ressie online, it wouldn't pull up with my home phone number so I called. They had booked it under MIL's number. So I can pull it up if I put her number in the website.

Are there any old numbers you could be registered under that you can try to use and look up?
 
I've tried to use old numbers. When I called, the cm said she had my phone number down correctly. Can't figure out what it could be. I may call back in a day or two- too busy today- to see if they can figure it out.
 
Ha- just went back and tried ALL of my old numbers and one from about 4 years ago worked- I've had two numbers since then (building and selling a house at the same time and living with parents in between). Anyway, at least I can SEE the reservation- will call and have the correct number put in- AGAIN! We've even been to WDW since this number and when I called the other day, the cm read the number to me and it was the one I have now. Weird!!!
 
I booked somethign this morning and the conf was emailed to an old email address that my wife checks every once in a while. They did not send it to the email address that I gave them, which is also the one they had me confim when I booked.

We had used my wife's email to set up a trip a couple years ago, but it was not the most recent trip (they also listed my phone number as one that I had when I lived at a different house 6 years ago... definitely not the phone number I used to book any of my last 4 trips).

So, anyway, back to the point. If you've ever used another email to book a previous trip, check that email for your confirmation.
 
I requested an email confirmation 3 separate times for my latest trip and NEVER received it. Very frustrating, especially after they confirmed my email addy 3 different times.
 
I have never received a e-mail from WDTC-but I can pull up my reservation on their web site.
 
I kept trying to pull up my reservation online but was unable to find it - although I did find DD's fiancee's reservation (he is travelling with us and I made his reservation). After reading this thread I tried an old phone number that I had disconnected a few years ago. Lo and behold, there was my reservation. Thanks to the PP who mentioned trying old phone numbers. Now if I can just remember that old phone number for future trips.
 
For my families upcoming stay next month at the Contemporary it took 2 or 3 calls to CRO until we finally got a Cast Member who knew how to e-mail our confirmation. For our stay in December at the Polynesian we got our confirmation e-mailed the next day after the reservation was made.
 
After I called and E-mailed two days ago I just recieved the conformation E-mail.
Now I can sleep without whorrys

I used to be able to check my ressie online. About 6 weeks ago i could no longer check it online. I enter the confirmation & phone number but it says it cannot find my reservation. When i call CRO, they can find the ressie with no problem and they're unsure why it doesn't work. I've emailed tech support buy they pretty much didnt know anything either. It's funny cuz i made the reservation in march and made a new separate reservation in june. I can't pull up the new one either.:mad:
