Probably a high percentage, so you have the initial call by the member to make the ressie, then how many calls from renters to "confirm" then "re-confirm" and maybe "re-confirm" again before each scheduled payment, when in fact MS is not designed to handle the concerns of people renting from members. Plus, if MS did confirm, then the member cancelled, the renter would complain to Disney "But, you guys confirmed the reservation!" It really is better this way, with MS/Disney not getting involved at all in the rental.
