They have destroyed our family vacation and cannot even send us an email, and their customer service reps are the worst I have ever spoken to.
Troll???
You can't be serious....the # of people involved in this change that dcl made to ensure our safety...you have to be kidding. They deserve some time to get it sorted. Hopefully they were busy taking care of those that sailed away on Sunday
We had to find out about the change though Google to our Feb 20th cruise....we have been there twice and did not sign up for this...called Disney and got the unaround from Sue and will work with our travel agent tomorrow to cancel![]()

If you read your contract closely I think you'll find that DCL could sail around in circles, not pull into port anywhere, and still have fulfilled their contractual obligation to you. Not that I think they'd actually do that of course.
Disney is awful.....you guys have drunk the Kool Aid and the Disney folks can do no wrong by you....change the ports, no emails to let anyone know, stay in one port multiple days, and you give them every excuse in the world....Disney is a business, not a religion, and hopefully you can see that and hold them accountable as such
pve...just wish you were on our cruise, I'm hoping someone will cancel on my cruise so we can get a port upgrade, right now all the ship is full in rooms with 4 and no hopes...guess we're all drinking Koolaid.
Yesterday I got a personal e-mail from my TA with the changes and today she forwarded the official Disney e-mail notification. I'm assuming that everyone should recieve their notifications soon.I wonder when the official notifications will go out???
NO! You cannot throw them overboard.
I don't know about anyone else, but I am far more excited just to be on the ship than the ports it will be visiting. I am sure we will have a great time no matter where the ship ends up. The actual ports just seem like gravy.
