Confirmation says dedicated is it guaranteed

My confirmation says dedicated 2 bedroom- is it guaranteed? My BIL and SIL decided to come with us and we really need the 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom. We're staying at WLV

If it says dedicated, then it should be guaranteed. They need to track that info in order to have an accurate inventory count. Otherwise they would risk allowing more 1B / Studio ressies than they have lockout rooms.

I had a "dedicated" according to my confirmation. At checkin with the room ready policy I was given a lockoff at BCV. For me it did not matter.

Our confirmation for VWL said we would be getting a 1 bedroom lockoff. We got a 1 bedroom dedicated. I'd say it highly probably, but don't bet the housepayment on it.
