Confirmation of Reservation

I recently changed the name on an upcoming reservation for next week. We will not get a confirmation letter prior to the trip. Is there any way to get a confirmation earlier?

Print it off the Members' Website. It's not the same as the letter, but it does have the confirmation number which is all you should need on the remote chance the resort can't find the reservation. I've never ever needed the confirmation letter or number to check in.

Have you asked if MS could email the letter to you? DOn't know if they can do that or not. Doesn't hurt to ask.

If you used points, it should be on the member website. If you booked a cash ressie, you'll have to make sure they mail you the info. Since MS has not been able to help me update my email address, I don't know about their email policies.
