Conference bus to CBR

My husband's work is sending him to a conference in Orlando in January. CBR is a conference hotel. There is bus transportation from CBR to the conference over at Gaylord Palms. For his convenience I'd like to request a room at CBR near the bus pickup. Does anyone know where a conference/convention bus would pick up at CBR? ME drops off at Custom House, so I'm wondering if it will be there? But Disney buses and taxis are at OPR.
I posted on the CBR thread, but no replies. I'm hoping the transportation board can help.

I'd definitely contact the conference organizers to get this information. They in all likelyhood made the arrangements.

Thanks! We've tried contacting the conference. No response as yet. It's the first year Disney is offered as a hotel option, so perhaps they are still working out those details. Thought maybe someone here would have some experience with other conferences. I do have a bit of time to put in my village request. Guess I'm just excited!
