Condos/townhomes with a hot tub/spa/jacuzzi?

Last June, we were a party of 10 and stayed in a 4 bedroom house with a pool and hot tub. We LOVED having our own private pool and hot tub.

We are thinking about another trip towards the end of this year, but we will only have 7 (2 adults, 5 kids), so I've been looking at condos and townhomes to keep the cost down. I know there are a lot of them with splash pools, which would be fine, but I haven't seen any with hot tubs.

Does anyone know of any condos/townhomes in the Disney area that have private pools and hot tubs?

We will be renting a villa/house in the High Grove Resort/Clermont area and many of those homes have a pool & hot tub. Found our rental through VRBO...

I could be mistaken, but, I believe I either heard from someone or read somewhere that the splash pools at the townhomes at Windsor Hills are jetted.....don't know if they are variable temps.

If we get a house, I know that most of them have pools and hot tubs. But I'm trying to stay as close to Disney as possible, while still keeping the price down, which is why I thought a townhome would be a good option.

Just looking at Windsor Hills, most of the houses start about $160 a night, while lots of the townhomes can be rented as low as $99 a night.

That would be perfect except for the lack of hot tubs.

I really don't think you'll find both pool/hot tub at a condo/townhome since most of them are located in a resort where there are community pools and hot tubs.....as are larger homes, however, the homes have their own yard/screened area to place a pool/hot tub and with a condo/townhome you don't have that. A friend of ours stayed at one of the Windsor Hills townhomes a few years ago and they just loved it......they had the private screened splash pool...and I'm 99% sure she told me it was jetted and they also walked over to the Windsor Hills community pool/rec area one afternoon and said it was beautiful.

I suspected that, but figured it was worth asking.
It's not the jets I'm looking for, it's the heat.

Even on our June trip, we used the hot tub a lot. Amazingly, even when it was 95 degrees, it still felt great to dip sore tired legs in a 104 degree hot tub. Of course, we couldn't stay too long before needing to cool off in the pool, but we definitely got a lot of use out of it.

A community pool/hot tub is an option, but with young kids, taking the kids swimming was so much nicer when we could just walk out the back door.

I know how good the hot tub feels after a long day.....we have one at home and use it all year long.....in the summer heat and winter cold....although in the summer I usually drop the temp to 100 or 101....

Maybe try Indian Creek/Lindfields or other subdivisions still very close to Disney but cheaper than Windsor Hills. We use the hot tub more than the pool and now would not rent a villa without one. I prefer the ones that are separate for better jets rather then the ones attached to pool.

Indian Creek is defintely an option. That's where we stayed in June and we really enjoyed it. But we also drove past Windsor Hills and I really liked the newer, more resort like feeling it had, so I thought I'd look around a bit at other options.
