Hello all.:goodvibes
I'm considering a couple vacation home rentals near Disneyworld. Has anyone had any experience with villas in the Rolling Hills area?...as in proximity to Disney, age of homes, ammenities, etc? Also considering Windsor Hills, but the price is higher for a smaller accommodation.
Thank you for your input...any and all is appreciated!

Rolling Hills and Windsor Hills are adjacent to each other. According to the tax records site the homes in Rolling Hills were built in 1999. We've driven past there numerous times and everything looks very nice.
Windsor Hills condos and townhouses were built in 2005 and from then on the pool homes were built and building is still going on today in the Reserve section. We've stayed at WH 3 times, twice in townhouses and once in a 6 bedroom home. Great place.
WH has a huge community pool, clubhouse and other resort type facilities. RH is an estate subdivision with pool homes. The difference in price is partly due to WH being newer and the resort amenities that's included in the price.
Both are within 5 min of Disney's Animal Kingdom (using Sherberth Rd) and 10 - 15 min to the other Dinsey parks.

Thank you for that info! I am considering the Rolling Hills property (thinking it might be a bit quieter) and wondering if anyone has dealt with JuSt Investment Enterprises Inc. before for rentals?

Cat1067, we ended up booking with them and are going next week. I did call to Florida and spoke with them and that alleviated a lot of my fears (we're first time renters). I believe they are a very small management company who are working to expand. The paperwork/forms that we had to sign were very professional, we paid by credit card for extra security and there was no problem. They forwarded check-in instructions even earlier than they promised and have responded to any questions that I have had within 24 hours. We did receive word from them last week that the house we had originally booked was experiencing problems with pool heat and they wanted to be up front about it. They gave us several reasonable options (refunding pool heat money and not heating the pool, partial money refund/partial pool heat, or moving to another location with a working pool heater that was close by). We appreciated them being up front and honest about it and offering to resolve the situation before we got there. We're crossing our fingers that it's all good...hope this helps.

:thumbsup2 If you can share your experience after your stay, I will appreciate it. I have submitted my request for a pool home rental during the summer. So, I hope to have any information in case I need to react and find another option. Thanks, your information was very helpful. Best wishes!!!!

cat1067, we are just back from our trip and our rental with JuSt Investments was just fine. They were very reasonable and accomodating throughout the rental process. Very good communication. No troubles finding the place with their directions, key was in the lockbox as promised, etc. They left a little welcome bag for us with some shampoo samples, razors, toothpaste, chocolates and some Easter treats for our kids which I thought was very nice. The home was as pictured and very clean and very quiet. The pool was warm as we had paid extra for pool heat. Our location was extremely close to accessing Disney by Sherberth Road. I believe that had we had any problems they would have been resolved very quickly, but everything went well for us. I would rent with them again. Hope this helps.
