Condition causing low testosterone in men?

Does anyone have a DH or close male friend/family member who has low testosterone or a condition that causes a deficiency? My guy has been feeling so exhausted and fatigued all the time, so i encouraged (read: forced) him to go to the doctor. She had him get some bloodwork done last week to rule out anything serious, and he got a call that she wanted to see him in the office ASAP about his testosterone.

This has me so worried. I've been googling like crazy, and I looked up low testosterone symptoms, and almost everything listed on there fits him to a T lately. It always says that it's very, very rarely found in men under 40 (he's only 28!), unless there's a serious issue. One being testicular cancer! It also worries me that SHE called HIM to come IN for a visit, because she told him to call HER for the results in about a week.

He doesn't seem the least bit worried, but then again, he never shows his cards. He just asked me to come with him to the appointment. Best case scenerio is that he has low testosterone levels because of a glandular problem, and I guess the treatment is hormone therapy with shots, and i already know he doesn't want to do that..

I just don't know what I can do for him.. let alone get a hold of myself.

We thought my DH had that. But it turns out his is fine. He does have High Bloodpressure. His dr said his exhaustion may be caused by that. Maybe look into that????

P.S. My DH is only 31!!!!!
