We have/had an old front porch that we decided to turn into a walk in closet (old house- didn't use the front porch etc). The porch sat on a very deep, concrete base. We had a carpenter come and do the work closing it in putting in the walls, insulating siding etc. Today I finished painting the drywall and noticed a wetness on the one side of the floor (north east side of the house that gets no sunshine). I had planned on putting carpet and padding on the floor in the closet. Now I am concerned about possible mold.
Any thoughts?

Thanks.
