I figured it would not be easy to write on. That is why I suggested only the top of the teapot. It isn't too much writing surface to lose. We still have the main part of the body to write on.

Put the IL's b-day money toward the lappy top. Just sayin...

I thought you meant the top layer. I've got the flower punches that match the paper. I'll do a three-layered flower with all the colors and put a brad in the center. I think it will look nice on the handle of the pot.

I want to apologize to everyone in group B.

I cannot get Remy to cut out correctly. Even cutting him at 6" big [which is huge on the page] his fine details on the ears and whiskers keeps ripping. I've tried three different textures of paper and not one is any better than the other. There are these little points that bunch up and tear. New mat, new blade, same thing.

I am going to use his shadow, but I can't make you a paper piecing.

That's okay, sometimes those little thin lines are a pain to be cut! I had problems on some of mine too!

I only just noticed today that I stopped getting notices about updates to threads. I'm not sure why.

I have 5 of the 6 cut, 4 assembled and the last is started cutting. I had hit a creative block, but have it all worked out now. I won't get to it at all tomorrow...having mom/kid day!!! So, I will get back to it Tuesday. I expect to mail Friday or Saturday...will get you the DC when I do!!

I am still only one set away from finishing. I have journal boxes and letters done need to complete photo mats and additional element. I can work on them some monday night but not tuesday or wednesday. I would like to use the weekend to finish up and take another look over my items, and mail on Monday, but if I need me to mail before then I will try.
