We received our first update from Couchy & her DH who arrived today at Disney World.

They had their lunch today at the F & W Festival...
From the Ireland Booth: Kerrygold® Cheese Selection (Aged-Irish Cheddar, Dubliner and Cashel Blue) with Apple Chutney and Brown Bread, Warm Chocolate Lava Cake with Bailey's Ganache and a Guinness Draught
Couchy said, "DH had the Guinness and he loved it, as usual. Cheese plate was good, but the bread was a bit dry.
The lava cake was amazing and very moist."
From Canada: "Le Cellier" Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle Butter Sauce
Couchy said, "The filet was very good. Cooked medium and was full of flavor."
From Canada: Chicken Chipotle Sausage with Sweet Corn Polenta and "Minus 8" Onion Jam
Coucy said, "DH loved this. I tasted the polenta and it was amazing."
From Greece: Griddled Greek Cheese with Pistachios and Honey
Couchy said, "I did not care for this. I thought it was bland. DH liked it though and gave it an 8/10. He liked the subtle flavors and textures."
