Yeah, the pacers are dressing to theme with the different sections of World Showcase. I don't know that they're going as *flags* but I would expect some fun costumes.

I am trying to send a registration to another account, so they can sign the waiver, but when I went to link it it said it couldn’t, and the registration has disappeared from the original account. How do I fix this?

Also when checking in/getting into the hotel, is there any issue if we come in different vehicles? We have the same last name it’s just will they not let someone in if they don’t have their name on the reservation?

For the registration, you can email runDisney, or just sign the waiver in person at the expo. Rest assured, the registration still exists, it's just invisible to you.

As far as the hotel thing, I'm not sure, because I never drive at Disney.

At this point, you may not hear back from rundisney about this (since their staff is small and we are very close to the event.) Have the email confirmation handy when you get to the expo and they can just sign a paper waiver. IME this happens when you haven't exactly replicated the specifics of the account you are sending it to, such as shortening/lengthening a name from Michael to Mike. It's also worth noting that non-US runners cannot sign the waiver digitally (I'm not sure if they even have the option?)

Everyone staying in your room should be listed on the reservation. If they're not, go into MDE and add them to it (they should be in your friends and family list.) If you're using a ride-share or having someone drop you off, the person being dropped off should still be on the reservation and can talk to the person at the gate. If you have already checked in, then the 2nd person arriving should be able to just use a magicband (if they have one) to get through the gate not directly next to the guardhouse.

I forgot, this is the first race with the new pace estimates isn’t it? Including the <7 min for 5k/10k? Curious to see how this plays out.

Training for the early wake ups continues this week. Up at 4am today.

Ha, dumb luck I pulled a simulated race day today. Got up at 3AM to get DD to airport for an early flight, then home for another coffee and moved my 12 mile run from tomorrow to this morning due to possible Tstorms. Never thought of it as training til now.
