Comfortable Bag to use in parks

I have read the posts that spoke about this, but the links that are available are outdated so I will pose this question again.

My family and I will be going on our 8th trip to WDW in March. I have always used a backpack and suffered through having to take it off my back every time I needed something as well as a sweaty back. I have looked into a cross body bag but cannot seen to find something that is big enough. I am 6 feet tall and will need a somewhat longer strap. My wife HATES that I have used a fanny pack in the past and I am trying to find something that will work.

I was thinking of waiting until I got to the parks and find something there, but don't want to risk not finding anything. Can anyone make any recommendations to what bag they may have used. I am looking for something medium to large, something like a messenger bag. Thanks in advance for your help. If you have purchased something and have a link or a picture that would be great! We go to Disney every year and being in San Antonio we have two theme parks here that we regularly go to. I will get a lot of use out of this bag, I just cannot seem to find anything. Perhaps I am too picky.

My DW likes her smallish backpack in the parks- easy to carry and not too big of a hassle at the bag inspection heading into the parks. I use an over the shoulder bag designed for iPads. It has cut-proof strap and IR shielding built in for security. If we get tired of carrying them, we just pop them into a locker for a while.

Have you looked at Overland Equipment or Victorinox?

I love the Overland Equipment Donner bag. It has side pockets that hold water bottles, too. It isn't quite a messenger bag though. If you check their website you might see one you like.

Just got my Victorinox bag - I will be using alot for things other than Disney too. Seems to be the perfect size for what I need.

Overland used to have a Napa daypack that might fit the OPs needs but I'm not sure they carry it anymore. Maybe Amazon or eBags.com has it?
