I am hoping someone here can help me with this. I am trying to get a
Tables In Wonderland pass for our upcoming trip. I have my AP voucher and have access to Pass holders info on the DW.com site. I have tried calling TIW twice today at (3:30 PM and 4:10 PM ET)at the phone number listed here on the DIS. However, all I get is a recorded message saying to hold on for a operator, then it recycles back through the whole message I
already heard of office times, (they are open until 5:00 PM ET) and how you can fill out paperwork on the pass holders site and fax it to them or go to locations at WDW to pick up a TIW pass. Then it says GOODBYE and hangs-up

I know this is a AP code thread, we all have been helping each other over the past few weeks in different things and supporting our mutual love of WDW. Hopefully no one will be upset by my question.
I would like to order over the phone and have it mailed to me. However, so far I am not getting a human to talk to about this. Anyone have any idea what I need to do?
