
****Emergancy update****TMI****Important Questions!!****
OK! I've been reading & checking but I'm still terribly confused. Doing THAT time of the month do we still have to work out???? Do we still have to follow our diet??? Oh No! Can we have chocolate??? I can't deal with the gym today!!! Won't a nap be so much better????? Where are the stinking guidelines anyways????

Ok, I've got to work 12 hours on Saturday, 12 hours on Sunday, by Monday I will be feeling better & ready to hit the gym in those new cute shoes.
I did walk for 45 minutes this morning so atleast I did something.

I just don't feel like going to the gym or even to the grocery store. I've actually been trying to figure out if there is enough food in the house to get my family through the weekend so that I can wait & shop on Monday.
Now about the chocolate, well, It's harder to give up than cigarettes! They should make a nasty gum for choclate addicts. I better try to get over it now because when Halloween hits I'll have a house full of candy! Must admit, I'm going to miss my traditional Nov. 1st breakfast of mini M & Ms & Butterfingers.
Oh & guess what, before I had my coffee this morning I actuallys at down & drank 16 oz. of water. It wasn't so bad. I'm getting better at drinking it.
It will all be worth it in the end!
